Getting help with the app

Include your phone platform, app version and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or private health records.

Manage a subscription

Subscriptions are managed through the store where you purchased them. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Use the account settings in TrainAI or contact support to request help accessing or deleting your data. Read our privacy policy for details.
