How it works
The Mifflin–St Jeor equation estimates resting energy. An activity multiplier estimates total daily energy (TDEE). For adults aged 18–80; actual needs vary.
RMR = 10 × kg + 6.25 × cm − 5 × age + coefficient TDEE = RMR × activity
